Do not ship a return without instructions.

Return eligibility depends on where the product was purchased, the order record, product condition, tint or special-order status, storage history, timing, freight requirements, and applicable terms. The selling distributor or Metacrylics team must review those details first.

How to start

Contact the distributor shown on the invoice. If the material was purchased directly from Metacrylics, contact Metacrylics sales before arranging freight or delivery.

Provide the invoice or purchase-order number and purchasing company.
Identify the product, color, batch or lot information, container size, and quantity.
Describe whether each container is sealed, opened, tinted, damaged, or exposed to temperature or weather concerns.
Include clear photos when product condition or freight damage is involved.

What must be reviewed

The seller will confirm whether the material is eligible, where it should go, how it must be prepared for transport, and whether freight, handling, restocking, replacement, or other order terms apply. Approval is not automatic.

Product and transport safety

Keep the product closed, protected, and stored according to its current technical and safety documents while the request is reviewed. Do not dispose of, relabel, combine, or ship material contrary to the product SDS, carrier requirements, or local rules.
