METACRYLICS / Website access · assistance and feedback

Accessibility is part of the work.

Metacrylics is working to make product, roof-system, distributor, and technical information usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.

Statement reviewedAugust 23, 2026

A practical commitment, with a direct way to get help.

The current site uses semantic structure, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus, labeled forms, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion support. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and this statement does not claim that every page or legacy PDF conforms to a specific standard.

01

Measures built into the current site

We include accessibility in the design, development, content, and testing of the Metacrylics website.

  • A skip link and consistent page landmarks for faster keyboard and screen-reader navigation.
  • Visible keyboard focus, labeled controls, descriptive links, and status messages for interactive forms.
  • Readable type, responsive layouts, text alternatives for meaningful images, and content that does not rely on color alone.
  • Reduced-motion behavior for visitors who request it through their operating system or browser.
  • Plain-language product, application, and document paths that remain usable without visual effects.
02

Known limitations

The technical library includes older product sheets, specifications, approvals, brochures, and architectural documents created before the current website. Some of those PDFs may not provide the same reading order, text alternatives, or navigation available in the HTML pages.

Third-party websites and files reached through external links are controlled by their respective owners. Metacrylics cannot guarantee their accessibility.

03

Request help or an alternate format

If a page, form, or technical document is difficult to use, email sales@metacrylics.com or call 408.280.7733. Tell us the page or file you need, the problem you encountered, and the format or assistance that would work best for you.

We will route the request to the appropriate Metacrylics team member and work with you on a practical way to access the information.

04

Accessibility feedback

Feedback helps us prioritize real barriers. Please include the web address, device or browser, assistive technology if relevant, and a short description of what did not work.

Website accessibility feedback does not replace the current product data sheet, safety data sheet, written roof-system specification, or project-specific technical review.
